How do I request an artist?

Artists present themselves on our platform. So you apply directly to the artist. Enter the desired date and time on the relevant act page. Is the act available? Then click on [request act]. Then fill in the application form and click [send]. Every request you make is without obligation. Read all about the request process here.

Why is the proposal higher than the act price?

You have now received a customized proposal for your event. The price includes travel costs for your location and any technology. Read more about Payments & Invoices on ShowBird here.

Can an artist reject my application?

If an artist does not have his ShowBird agenda up-to-date, it can happen that he is unexpectedly unavailable. The application will then be rejected. You will receive an email with the reason for rejection. Read all about the request process here.

What will happen to my money?

We protect the artist: customer has paid before the performance takes place. We protect the customer: payment to the artist is only made after the performance. Read all about secure payment on our platform here.
