I have a comment/complaint about the artist. What to do?
First of all, sorry to hear that the performance was not what you expected.
We advise you to come to a good solution together with the artist.
ShowBird is not a party to this as independent platform.
We only made the booking possible through our system.
I find illegal content on the platform. What now?
ShowBird is an online marketplace. Providers (the artists) publish their act presentations themselves. We require in the user agreement that they do not post illegal content. If you believe that illegal content has been published on the website, please send a Report illegal content.
- State your name and contact details,
- A clear description/image of the illegal content,
- The location of the content (link to the specific page),
- Additional details proving the content is illegal.
We will immediately de-publish the content in question.
You must take up any (follow-up) claims with the artist in question.
