We will start the administrative processing no later than 2 working days after the performance: you will receive your invoice for the performance and the money will be transferred to your account (there may be a few hours between these two). The way of billing has changed for you as an artist. This affects your administration. You will only receive one invoice from us instead of two. The amount on your invoice is equal to the payment you receive on your account. There are no more unnecessary items on your invoice (transaction costs, etc.). Business customers now have only one contracting party. We can keep your invoice date around the performance.
We send all customers an email after the performance asking if they want to write a review. We also call them to bring this to their attention again. Our experience shows that it can also be very helpful if you send a message to the customer yourself.
Absolutely, the more reviews, the better. Have you received nice reviews from customers outside the platform? Send them to [email protected] and we will add them to your act presentation.
