As an artist, how do I determine the price for my act on ShowBird?
The price you ask for your act is completely up to you. It is important here that the price is based on the duration of the act entered by you. You can then add a price variation in your description. Think of different durations and/or line-ups of your act.
Example
The costs are for an unamplified performance throughout the Netherlands:
- up to 120 minutes €1245
- up to 180 minutes €1575
- up to 240 minutes €1845
- longer performances in consultation
Does the price I put with my act include or exclude travel expenses?
The price you enter when creating an act does not include travel costs. However, you can fill in at [My profile] which price per km you want to charge for the travel costs. The moment you send a proposal to a client, you can enter both the fee for the performance and the travel costs. ShowBird already makes a global estimate for this based on the rate entered in [My profile] and the distance to the customer. You can always adjust it yourself.
Can I adjust the price of my act(s) on ShowBird?
Sure! Log in to your ShowBird account and go to [My Acts]. Then click on the blue button with 'Change' next to the specific act. Here you can review all information, including your price.
