Obligation-free quote

All act requests are obligation-free.
The artist will send you a proposal and you can decide whether or not to accept it.

Safe payment

When you book an artist through Showbird, you can count on a safe payment process as the booking fee is paid directly to us.
The payment to the artist startes up to 2 days after the performance.
If the artist cancels or doesn't show up, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

You can always cancel a booking. Depending on the artist's cancellation policy, you will receive part of the hiring sum back. The cost of cancellation therefore depends on the artist's cancellation policy. The artist can have a flexible or strict cancellation policy. This can be found in the booking agreement.

Personal details

Only you can see your profile page. Showbird will only use this information to draft the contract once the booking is finalized. We maintain the confidentiality of all personal information you provide. For more information, read our privacy policy.
