Free request
When you find a nice act that fits your event,
make a request on ShowBird.
This request is received directly by the artist (or his personal manager).
The request is entirely without obligation, so you are not committed to anything.
Multiple requests
You can safely make multiple applications.
We recommend to make requests to multiple artists;
especially if the event date is very close.
That way you have a better chance of recording a suitable act.
If you have made 1 request, you can reuse the information in your next one.
Artist responds himself
Artists respond fairly quickly to a request: usually within 4 hours, but no later than 24 hours.
The artist will respond to your request as soon as possible:
- Rejects application
- Sends chat message
- Sends Proposal
Artist rejects your application
On ShowBird you can immediately see if an act is available on your event date.
Yet it happens that an artist does not have his agenda completely up-to-date.
That is why it may happen that an act is not available.
Or the artist chooses not to perform on your type of occasion.
Artist sends chat message
A performance is often tailor-made,
and the artist often wants to gather some more information before making a proposal.
On ShowBird we offer a WhatsApp-like chat functionality for this.
That way you can coordinate everything together.
Artist sends proposal
When the artist has all the information to become specific, he will send you a proposal.
This proposal is also without obligation.
Do you want to make the booking final? You do this by paying the fee via ShowBird.
Only then do you have a binding agreement with the relevant artist.
