You automatically create an account when you make a request.

How much does ShowBird cost?
Nothing at all, using ShowBird is free for customers!
Am I committed to something when registering?
No, you are not committed to anything when you register on ShowBird.
You have all your requests in one place in your account and you can easily make new requests.
Of course we will handle your data securely, read more about this in our Privacy Statement.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your ShowBird account and click on [My Profile], there you can add/update all your details .
Why do I need to create an account?
You don't need to create an account to watch ShowBird. You automatically create an account when you make a request. This way we can link your request to the artist. You have all your requests clearly organized in your account and you can easily make new requests.
I forgot my username. Now what?
Your username is always your email address.
Can't remember which e-mail address you are registered with?

How can I log out?
Click on your name at the top right and then click on [Logout].
How do I delete my account?
Log in to your ShowBird account. Click on [My Profile], and scroll all the way down to [Delete Account].
