For four hours, it’s the place everyone stops by. Our street food truck keeps rolling as long as your party goes on: hand-rolled spring rolls with chicken, vegetarian, and halal fillings, a wide selection of Vietnamese snacks, and a sauce that people come back asking for. We’ve done this for DHL, Gasunie, and Walibi, and can easily keep 1,000 people happy.

Every staff party has that one spot where it all happens. For us, it’s the truck. No sitting around, no waitstaff, no musical chairs—people grab what they want whenever they want, and come back for round two. Coworkers who normally never talk to each other suddenly find themselves waiting together. That’s not a side effect; that’s the whole point.

We serve nonstop for four hours. Hand-rolled spring rolls in chicken, vegetarian, and halal varieties, so you don’t have to ask anyone in advance what they do or don’t eat. Plus, a wide selection of Vietnamese snacks: bapao, pastries, risoles, and more. Everything is homemade, fresh every morning, following recipes that have been around for forty years. We’ll tailor the selection to your group.

We also make our own sauce—sweet or spicy—and now bottle it because guests kept asking for it. Would you like to give some to your team as a thank-you gift? That’s possible—just ask when you make your request.

We’re fast—and that’s not just a slogan, but the way our entire setup is designed. A compact stand, short wait times, and a continuous flow of customers.

We have food trucks and carts in various sizes, so we have something suitable for almost any location. Let us know how much space you have, and we’ll choose the right one.

We’ve done this for DHL, UPS, Gasunie, Hollander Techniek, Walibi, Orpheus, and the municipalities of Apeldoorn, Deventer, Arnhem, and Utrecht. Bay and Le Luu started in Apeldoorn in 1983 with a single recipe; today, we have multiple trucks on the road and kiosks throughout the eastern Netherlands.
