For large events where the catering is sure to be the talk of the evening. The mega-smoker rolls onto the grounds, a three-person staff handles the cooking demonstration and service, and the menu goes beyond the classic BBQ offerings.

Even before the first guest arrives, the massive smoker takes center stage on the grounds. People see it, smell it, and walk right up to it. That’s how a big event begins.

In addition to the classic BBQ menu, you can choose from premium add-ons here: cedar-smoked salmon, short ribs, or a slow-smoked brisket that’s been over the fire for hours. Meat, fish, or a combination—all straight from the smoker, all with a story. A team of three staff members handles both the cooking demonstration and the serving, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
