Live BBQ catering for corporate events, team outings, and client dinners. The smoker is set up on-site, Brian cooks live in front of your guests, and the food is the talk of the evening. No run-of-the-mill catering, no cold plates.

As soon as the smoker pulls onto the grounds, everyone knows: this isn’t going to be just any ordinary lunch or happy hour. The smell of smoke wafts through the air, colleagues head over, and questions start flying. That’s exactly how a great corporate event begins—not with a PowerPoint presentation, but with an experience.

Brian cooks live on-site using oak and cherry wood. Smoked Alabama Chicken, Steak on Hot Coals, Hot & Sweet Ribs, and Chicken Satay—all fresh from the smoker, served with homemade coleslaw, wood-fired bread, and house-made sauces.

A great team-building outing, an impressive client event, or a business lunch that people will be talking about for weeks to come. Fully catered, including the smoker, tent, and serving tables.
