HYROX CLINICS
A certified coach and active athlete with proven results at the highest recreational level. That combination is unique: you get the expertise of an EREPS Level 4 professional combined with the experience of someone who competes on the podium themselves. Credible at every level, from the curious beginner to the serious athlete.

What’s going to happen?
The Clinic EXPERIENCE is the complete HYROX package for teams, gyms, and clubs that really want to dive in. We’ll start with my personal story—from my participation in the 2024 HYROX World Championships and the marathon to my background in strength and conditioning—and take a deeper dive into the HYROX format. Next, I’ll walk you through the weekly training plan for a hybrid athlete: how do you combine strength, endurance, and recovery without overtraining? After that, we’ll get hands-on with detailed demos and practice time at all eight competition stations, followed by a 50-minute customized workout. We’ll wrap up with practical tips on nutrition and recovery, plus an in-depth Q&A.

Price & Options
You can book the full Experience, lasting approximately 3 hours, for between €900 and €1,200, depending on the location, group size, and program. A maximum of 24 participants can join, ensuring ample practice time and personalized feedback for everyone. Duration and content are customizable: shorten the theory portion or extend it with extra workout time. Also suitable as a team outing, corporate event, or training day for sports clubs. About Maarten Nijboer
As an EREPS Level 4 professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Movement and Sports, I combine scientifically grounded coaching with active competition at the highest recreational level. I competed in the HYROX World Championships and achieved multiple podium finishes at HYROX and Gymrace events. So I know from personal experience what works—both in training and on the competition floor. This dual perspective makes this clinic valuable for athletes of all levels.
