With openness and humor, she recounts how a sports injury during her career as a bodybuilder led to a botched surgery and years of medical treatment, resulting in lasting physical limitations.

In addition, challenges in her life followed one after another at a rapid pace: the loss of her business, a divorce, saying goodbye to her dream life in Spain, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and learning to live with chronic pain.
