Our performance 'As if no one is watching' lasts an hour and a half and offers your employees/visitors exactly that: a moment to land. To listen, to feel, to recognize. We tell stories similar to theirs. We ask questions they may have wanted to ask for a long time. We create space to pause for a moment.... and then just get moving again.

What does it accomplish?

Employees who are more in their own power. Who cooperate better because they know themselves better. Who spin less in circles and move forward more. Who enjoy coming to work more because they have come closer to themselves.
And yes, maybe even less sick leave. Because people who feel seen, who are allowed to be themselves, get less tired of their work.

That there is only one of you - and that it is unique.

The performance is given in various theaters in the country and is also the ideal performance for staff days, conferences, intervision days and all other meetings where you would like to give the visitor a piece of personal depth.
