Part I Think Good (Brain) | 50 minutes
Counteract stress and fretting
Learn how 1 simple movement
can evoke a good feeling in a split second
Description
During the first part of the Feel Good workshop John teaches you how to deal with tension and stress. For example, when you have to give a presentation in front of a large group of people. After all, public speaking is the most frequently mentioned fear worldwide. You also get a seemingly simple, but super handy tool to master your emotions. And in a very special way.
Highlights
+ In no time, the room is upside down! One participant has to present 2 minutes in front of the group on a difficult subject. Stress!!!
+ Of course you don't have to ;-). But the one with the most fear stands
after a short sensory exercise
with John does stand in front of the group!
+ After an explanation of how stress works, we get to work on directing your senses. Hearing, seeing and feeling. This is how you stop fretting!

Description
Feeling good about yourself. Both at home and at work. After the break Willemiek gives you in an interactive and surprising way many Tips & Tricks in the field of nutrition and mindset. She debunks the most common nutrition myths and explains that adapting your lifestyle works much better than any diet. After this workshop you will never look at food labels the same way again.

participants can vote with ballots. Is the statement
or not true? (with playful videos!)
+ Is a calorie a calorie? How many glasses of wine actually go out of a

Boost your creativity, productivity and memory
Description
FLOW, the optimal state of experience. Athletes know it, musicians know it and so do you. Because, sometimes you have those moments when everything seems to happen by itself. Time seems to stand still and the work flies from your fingers. In fact, in FLOW you are up to 5 times more effective! The third and last part of the workshop John and Willemiek take care of together. Fast, varied and interactive. Using a lot of examples they let you experience how to enter this FLOW state.
