After 16 years refereeing Professional Football now guest speaker/keynote speaker on topics: leadership, cooperation, dealing with pressure, dealing with aggression, "the black hole " and soccer game rules. During interactive sessions with companies, institutions, business clubs and schools, I explore with listeners the differences and similarities between refereeing in top sport and business. This regularly leads to great new insights. Of course I make the translation to your industry. During the theme "the black hole" I prepare listeners for their retirement. I myself had to deal with this immediately after my career. I developed this theme to help listeners avoid this.
