Servais Knaven is a former cyclist who spent many years at the top of the sport. He rode big races such as the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta. In 2001, he won Paris-Roubaix, one of the toughest and most famous races in the world.

After his career on the bike, he became team manager at the successful Team Sky. There he worked on several victories in the Tour de France with riders such as Chris Froome and Bradley Wiggins. So he knows better than anyone what it takes to win - as an athlete and as a team.
