Millions of kids dream of it, only a few make it: playing in the Eredivisie, or even beyond. Tom Beugelsdijk did it. The natural born Hagenaar made it through the youth of ADO Den Haag to cult hero in the Zuiderpark and to professional footballer in Germany. But his path was not an easy one.
