In this act, India takes you under the veil of poetry. Her face remains hidden, an elegant form moving through the space. Only those she invites under her veil see her countenance, and hear her whispered poetry in their ears.

If you want to pamper certain guests extra, you can tie a white bow around their glass, for example. Then India takes those guests to a side room, where they get an extra poetic experience with gentle touch on the hair and a personalized poem. To designate others who are allowed under the veil anyway, a black bow may be used.
India speaks fluent Dutch, as well as English with a delightful classic British "Upper Class" accent.
India Zahra Lyell is an
individual of Homo Sapiens. As she searches for what it means to be human, words flow from her fingertips. Darkness wrapped in a box of chocolates, or thrown on the table like raw meat. She interweaves this with an addiction to freedom, serving up a collection of heartfelt poems. The poet was born and raised in Amsterdam, where she became embroiled in and inspired by the counterculture. India's most recent work, RED LINES WHITE LINES FINE LINES (2022), is a perfect illustration of her current style: dark and deep, but elegant. This poetic piece premiered at CPH:DOX 2022 (Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival) and has been screened at a total of 7 film festivals worldwide.
Her poetry was recently featured on Sem Kramer's "Love Junkie," and "Love Song for a Demon," Lady Joker's debut EP.
