About Maike Douglas-Westland

Maike Douglas-Westland is a substitute teacher in primary education and author of the books The Happy Teacher, The Relaxed Teacher and The Driven Teacher. In 2012, she started her popular website #####

As a mindfulness trainer and experience expert in ADHD, Maike knows better than anyone else how important it is to take good care of yourself.
