Brenda gave us an inspiring workshop by telling us about what ikigai is and what ikigai secrets there are. What I liked immediately was that Brenda has a very nice, positive and open aura. As a result, I immediately felt that there was a very nice atmosphere and that you can be yourself with Brenda. I think it is enormously valuable to bring your participants into the story this way. And this she did! With personal touches, a lot of interest in us as participants and enough space to ask questions, the hour flew by (I could have listened and participated for hours more!). She also gave me real eye openers because her story made me suddenly realise that I don't pay attention to certain aspects of my life at all and I hadn't realised this at all. I am very curious to see what else Brenda will do and achieve, and I will definitely spar with her again about what my own Ikigai could be!
