An interactive workshop (or training) on hospitality. Our training "Excellent Hospitality" is aimed at employees who are in contact with internal or external customers and/or guests. Did you know that as an employee you actually have not one but two professions? In addition to your profession, you are also a host and thus the most important business card of the company.

And that feeling starts with you, your team and the way you make contact. In this surprising workshop we dive into the world of real hospitality together - not with dry theory, but with playful methods, fresh insights and a good dose of fun.

You will learn the power of excellent hospitality mainly by doing and experiencing it through realistic practical scenarios. Within this training we offer the possibility to work with a professional training actor. By using a training actor, situations can quickly be made clear and visual. But also to let participants actually experience what behavior does and what effect it has, the use of a training actor is of great value within this hospitality training. Because of the structure of the workshop, consisting of different work forms, the trainee will be taken into the development moments with the training actor in an accessible and playful way.

Whether you work in an office, government, hospitality or healthcare or perhaps in a store, business or security, hospitality is a must for everyone!

After this workshop you will look at your workplace with different eyes. You understand what people really need to feel welcome, and know how to make this happen naturally - with attention, fun and guts.

✨ This workshop will be led by a professional trainer in combination with an experienced training actor.

We offer this workshop in different forms:

1) A 3-hour workshop
(ideal to combine with the rest of your day program, for example)
This interactive and inspiring workshop offers participants new insights and energy around the theme of hospitality in a short period of time. Using playful methods, they are challenged to examine their own role and together raise the service level.

2) A full training day consisting of 7 hours
During this intensive training day, participants are offered a full program with room for theory, interactive work forms and individual practice moments based on recognizable practical scenarios. This format is particularly suitable if, in addition to awareness, you consider practicing concrete skills important and strive for maximum learning efficiency per participant.
