‘Nu is beter dan binnenkort' doorbreekt perfectie-paralyse en uitstelgedrag. Deze energieke sessie laat zien waarom timing belangrijker is dan perfectie en hoe je van eindeloos plannen naar directe actie gaat.
'Now is better than soon' is focused on taking action NOW and being curious. Not waiting for perfect opportunities or approval from others, but doing what you can NOW with what is available to you NOW. Many teams are caught in a paradox: they wait for the perfect moment, the complete information and the risk-free opportunity. But meanwhile, the world is moving on and others - with imperfect plans - are making progress. This session shows why timing is often more important than perfection and how to learn the difference between diligence and crippling perfection compulsion. By being more curious, we increase our "doing ability" and are better able to deal with unexpected challenges. The session encourages not to
rush, but to avoid delays and encourage action.
The Free Thinkers (Arthur Kruisman and Patrick Donath) are the ultimate connectors of thinking and doing. After years of intrapreneurship within a large Dutch ICT company, they focused entirely on inspiring organizations since 2016. In recent years they have refined their approach in numerous workshops with 5 to 1500 participants for more than 200 organizations - from government agencies to multinationals. With their energetic, interactive style, they get participants moving immediately without getting bogged down in analysis. Their six different story lines make them the ideal speakers for organizations that don't want yet another plan, but are finally looking for real action.
Why are Free Thinkers always the right choice?
They effortlessly connect their philosophy to current themes such as psychological safety (by taking off masks and being authentic), technology & AI (by encouraging curiosity and direct action), personal leadership (through ownership and authenticity), sustainability (through small, immediately actionable steps), and diversity & inclusion (by breaking the tyranny of 'normal').
