Who is Ronald van der Molen?
For 25 years, Ronald has been encouraging executive boards and management teams not only to perform better, but to truly thrive. He enjoys speaking about better leadership, greater enthusiasm, and how our brains work. Ronald is a lecturer at Erasmus University and has written five books, including two bestsellers. His approach is firmly rooted in both science and practice, making his stories both inspiring and motivating.
