Luuk survived an assassination attempt in Afghanistan in 2009, nevertheless he is an enthusiastic and positive person. There he was in charge and responsible for a group of 8 soldiers. In his lecture, he takes the audience back to this horrific day. How was it that Luuk and his group survived? Through his leadership, his team members managed to save themselves but most importantly each other. Luuk then shows you how to apply these leadership techniques in other situations, such as business. Why were his team members still able to complete their assignments in these frightening and harsh conditions? Because of their courage, but also because of support within the team. With passion, Luuk gives you tools on how to create support and bonding within your own team.
