Toon Gerbrands has a clear vision of performance. Through his years of experience as a director, Toon is going to dedicate himself to redesigning organizations in the near future. More than 40 years of successful performance led to winning 21 major sports awards and also the national environmental award. He has published 10 books including "The Price of Success," "The Learning Winner," "The Success Crisis" and "Sometimes Everything is True." These titles are typical of Toon's method and vision of performance. The art is to get people to work together to achieve the ultimate goal: winning and performing.

In addition to giving presentations, Toon is also available for workshops, expert meetings, master classes and inspiration sessions. Toon Gerbrands will always be a coach and during a lecture he will help with his expertise and experience to perform and grow to a higher level.

More about Toon:
Toon Gerbrands was born on October 31, 1957 in Sneek. He is a man who has many successes behind his name in multiple environments, both in top sports and in various management positions. His approach led to demonstrable results in all environments where he worked.

As national coach of the Dutch men's volleyball team, he became European champion (the only time in history) and reached the Sydney Olympics. During his time as national coach, the Dutch team climbed to first place in the world rankings and also became sports team of the year in the Netherlands. As club coach, he accomplished a unique feat by winning the European Cup. Something only one club in volleyball managed to do during the existence of volleyball. In the Netherlands he conquered with his unique approach and vision 4 national titles, 2 cups and 3 super cups.

In skating, as director, he led a successful commercial team with world titles and Olympic gold medals. In addition to his work in sports, he has extensive experience as a manager and interim manager with various employers. Under his leadership, the municipality of Harderwijk won the environmental award of the Netherlands

At soccer club AZ, Toon played a prominent role in the organization, with highlights being the national championship in the 2008 - 2009 season and the cup win in 2013. After 12 successful seasons at AZ, he made the move to Eindhoven in 2014 as general manager at soccer club PSV. There, too, he was immediately successful. After he quit as general manager in 2022 after eight seasons, PSV had won three national titles, three supercup and the KNVB cup. He took his leave there as an honorary member of PSV and honorary citizen of the city of Eindhoven.
