Would you like to experience more energy, focus and fulfillment? During this inspiration session you will discover how to unlock the potential in your brain. As a result, you experience more influence, your creativity increases and you perform better.
Drawing on the latest insights from (neuro)psychology, Ronald van der Molen shows you—and helps you experience—how you can train your brain to be passionate. In this state of mind, you’re passionate about your work. You give it your all without it feeling like a heavy burden. Your work—or whatever task you’re performing—gives you energy instead of draining it.
This is desperately needed, because one in four sick days is now stress-related. Many people experience high work pressure and a lack of energy. This dampens job satisfaction and performance.
What are the benefits?
You’ll discover the three ways your brain holds back your desire to thrive—and how to break through them. You’ll receive practical tools to:
- cultivate genuine enthusiasm,
- respond quickly and
effectively to work pressure, stress, and burnout symptoms,
- significantly increase your own happiness and that of others.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to give their brain and passion a boost! The combination of scientific insights and everyday work situations makes this inspirational session appealing to a wide audience—from knowledge workers to HR professionals and from managers to coaches.
What can you expect?
This is not a dry, theoretical lecture, but an energetic, challenging, and interactive session lasting 60, 90, or 120 minutes, full of eye-opening revelations and immediately applicable insights.

Coming up with their own ideas and being able to adapt easily to the rapidly changing environment. That appealed to me immensely as a common thread in Ronald's inspiring sessions.

Regardless of the content, Ronald did a particularly good job as a presenter. Nice and interactive and good channeling & answering of critical questions. Definitely worth repeating as far as I'm concerned. I'm going to see how we can give this a place in our company.
