The solo performances are very suitable for occasions such as the opening of an exhibition, a congress, a small-scale party. The solo performance can start as a mini-concert of about ten to twenty minutes and then continue as a background act, creating the possibility of playing in various places in a building or hall. It's very flexible. The repertoire I use in the a cappella performances is largely based on "The Great American Songbook. I usually alternate between different saxes, for example alto/soprano. The saxophone is accompanied by good sounding accompaniment tracks via my own equipment. Performances in Rotterdam region and west and middle of the country (max hour drive from Rotterdam).

We booked Ruud for the dinner/reception of our wedding. The contact prior to the performance was fine and concise. Ruud arrived well on time and was neatly dressed. Very friendly man, introduced himself nicely at an appropriate time. The play was wonderful and exactly what we had in mind beforehand. In fact, we sent some songs in advance to give an impression of what we wanted to hear and Ruud handled this perfectly. All in all top!
