The Handroll King(s) walks among the people with a special "belly serving tray". The belly tray is filled with all kinds of fresh ingredients needed to make a delicious handroll (te maki). A handroll is a cone of nori (seaweed) filled with rice and various fresh ingredients, such as tuna, salmon, crab, egg and cucumber.
Hand rolls are tastiest when eaten immediately after they are made, when the nori (seaweed) is still crunchy. Soy sauce or wasabi can be added to taste. Because the handrolls are made on site, it is no problem
to add or omit any ingredient. Everything is possible!

What an amazing addition to any party, event or festival! Jok and his walking grill is a hit - the smell of his grilled chicken skewers added to the festive atmosphere of our Family Day and had people coming to find him! Jok is courteous and very professional and comes highly recommended!
