Cyber resilience is not about technology, but about the ability of organizations to prevent, recognize, respond to and recover from disruptions. In his interactive lecture, Rick van der Kleij will show how people, processes and technology come together - and why precisely that balance makes business and society more resilient.

Rick believes that an integrated approach, looking at people, processes and technology in conjunction, is the key to increased cyber resilience. In his opinion, there should be balance in our focus on these elements. Focusing only on technology does not create resilience.

Starting from a current threat picture, he explains how entrepreneurs or organizations can become more cyber resilient. What exactly is cyber resilience? And what should they invest in? Why do we really need to stop cybersecurity now anyway? And why we shouldn't blame end users for cyber incidents? Together with the audience, he will explore the answers these questions.
