Vinchenzo Tahapary was born and raised in Tiel. The 17-year-old singer became known through the programme 'The Voice Of Holland' in which he reached the third place.

Vinchenzo comes from a very musical family and it doesn't take long before he ends up in the music world himself. Vinchenzo performs for the first time at the age of 8. Together with his father he recites the song 'Father & Friend' by Alain Clark.
In group 7 Vinchenzo is selected for a role in the musical 'Flipje', which is organised by sixteen primary schools in his hometown. He is awarded the role of Michael Jackson and therefore performs twice a day for a week. This role gives Vinchenzo the courage to participate in the 2010 talent show 'My Name Is Michael'. He makes a strong impression and finishes with the last ten candidates.
During a theatre show by Ali B, Vinchenzo is invited on stage to sing the song 'Ik Huil Alleen Bij Jou' together. This moment is captured and picked up by RTL. Because of this he ends up in the seventh season of 'The Voice Of Holland'. Vinchenzo chooses Ali B as coach and kicks it to the finals.
