I help people slow down in a world that just goes on and on. As a trainer, speaker and expert by experience (with metastatic breast cancer) I bring insights that touch and activate. About letting go, making choices and coming home to what really matters.

With a high dose of energy and genuine vulnerability, I take my audience through my journey from ambitious careerist (elementary school principal at age 30) to forced downtime due to metastatic breast cancer. My story is raw, honest, full of humor and zest for life. I am on stage to touch as well as to incite. People walk out of the room afterwards not only with goose bumps, but also with a spark: This is the moment to do things differently.

As a speaker I tell my personal story about resilience, dealing with adversity, mindset, hope and daring to choose what really matters; especially when life forces you to stand still while the world keeps spinning. Not a heavy argument, but an energetic, sincere and hopeful story that inspires and sticks.

As a trainer or workshop leader I go a step further. I set groups in motion with interactive methods that touch and confront. Together we examine how change can succeed, what is holding us back and what first step we can take right now. From my background as educational consultant, director and experience expert, I guide teams towards more focus, connection and meaning in work and life.
