A young, fresh cover band that puts a surprising spin on well-known songs. SisterStreet combines harmonies with an energetic live performance.

We’re SisterStreet, a cover band with five musicians and two singers. For us, it’s all about singing together. The girls up front take the lead, but the guitar, bass, and drums sing along too. That’s why a song you’ve heard a hundred times suddenly sounds just a little different.

We play the songs everyone knows—just not always the way you know them. Soul and blues when things need to be laid-back, rock ’n’ roll and pop when the crowd needs to let loose. From “You Know I’m No Good” and “Tennessee Whiskey” to “Proud Mary,” “Jailhouse Rock,” and “Sweet Child O’ Mine.” And when we play “I Will Survive,” the crowd usually starts singing along on its own.

A wedding calls for something different than a fair or a Friday afternoon get-together. That’s why we assess what’s needed on a case-by-case basis. If everyone’s still relaxing with a drink, we keep it light. If the dance floor fills up, we’ll pick up the pace. We play for between one and three hours, and we’ll coordinate that with you.

We’re young, we’re excited to play, and we keep it affordable. You can count on us, from the first email to the last song.
