The most fun icebreaker and energizer, where acquaintance, fun and competition are key. In several rounds and in different team compositions you will work on different puzzle tasks and getting to know each other questions. At the start of each round, the first task is to find your teammates who will see the same background or color on the phone. As soon as your team is complete, you will work together to unravel a short assignment to immediately create that real team feeling. After this you will really get to know each other and start talking to each other about different topics. Use the time well, because before you know it the screen of your phone changes again and you have to look for your new team for the next round!

How does it work?

Each participant scans a QR code with his or her phone to access the game. Everyone enters his or her own name. Once all participants are registered, the game can begin.

A unique color or pattern appears on each participant's screen. Your task now is to find three other participants in the room with the same color or pattern on their screen. You have a limited time to complete your team and start the first round.

Once your team is complete, you get to work on a short puzzle task that allows you to earn points together. Each team member sees part of the task on his or her screen. By thinking outside the box and creatively connecting the game elements, you will arrive at an answer. Watch the time, because you only have a few minutes! Once the answer is known, everyone enters it on his or her own phone.

After the puzzle task, the screen changes and participants are given time to answer an introductory question. These questions are designed to really engage in conversation and learn more about each other. Think of questions like, "What is your favorite vacation destination?" or "What are you most proud of?". The answers are entered individually and can be discussed later. This often leads to fun and surprising insights and brings participants closer together. The questions can also be adapted to the company or a specific theme, such as: "What would you like to achieve within our company?" or "What was your first impression of our company?".

After these introductory questions and conversations, the first round is over and the second round begins! The participants' screens change color or pattern again and now it's time to find your new team again. Another short puzzle task and a new introductory question follows to start the conversation and get to know each other better.

Depending on the time available and the size of the group, the number of rounds and duration of the puzzle tasks and introductory questions will be determined. With a time duration of 30 minutes, we assume about 6 rounds, so you will be working with 6 different teams. The more rounds, the more colleagues you can talk to and get to know. The system always automatically creates teams of 4 people with whom a participant will meet during a short round.
