Menno's career reflects his international and diverse background, with a solid foundation in technology and a deep passion for leadership, people and culture. With expat periods of nine years in Bulgaria and six years in Hungary, interspersed with roles in the Netherlands, he has gained extensive experience working with international teams. He has led large teams with employees from North America, Asia
and Europe. In 2023, he retired from the corporate world to found Surply.IO and 9Plus.Team, both focused on helping teams and managers reach their highest potential. In his keynotes, he shares not only crucial findings but also a pragmatic approach to building top teams, increasing engagement, lowering absenteeism and strengthening resilience during change.
