Josylvio was born in Naarden as the son of a Dutch mother and an Egyptian father.

In 2015, he released the single Le7nesh (with Sevn Alias). It prompted the album Ma3seb, which he released with childhood friend and producer Esko. The album reached No. 5 on the Album Top 100 and earned an Edison nomination. He released a number of singles that reached the Single Top 100, including in collaboration with other rappers, such as Ali B, Hef, Adje, Jairzinho, Kevin, BKO and D-Double. In 2017, Josylvio was part of the album All Eyez on Us, an album featuring Latifah, Kempi, Sevn Alias, Vic9 and Rocks. Inspired by the film All Eyez on Me (a documentary about Tupac, a childhood idol of Josylvio's), these rappers set to work to create an album in tribute to Tupac. The title All Eyez on Us, released in 2017, was inspired by the name All Eyez on Me, an album by Tupac.

In 2018, he participated in the nineteenth season of the RTL 5 program Expedition Robinson. He voluntarily left the program, leaving as the fourth contestant. As a result, he finished in 18th place.
