During the session, Luc Molenaar, vitality coach and author of the popular books "Fitter is Better, Losing Weight and Getting Muscular but Really" and "Dieting is Stupid," will discuss his own experiences with the world of fitness, nutrition and weight loss. He takes you through various hypes and the many markers you will face as a seeker. He also explains what does work and how you can use it to achieve your own goals.
For example, participants will learn:
- identify your current situation
- determine your own vitality strategy
- everything about nutrition and rest, the core of losing weight and becoming muscular
- fitness and exercise in a way that actually achieves something.
Various examples and stories of experience will also be discussed
during the session.
