About Kees Jansma:
Kees Jansma was born in Amsterdam. He worked at Studio Sport for many years but made the move to Canal+ (now Sport1) in 1997.
Jansma presented for many years the KRO program Sport op Vrijdag, together with former swimming star Hansje Bunschoten. He was also editor for Voetbal International for many years. After his departure as editor, he continued to write columns for the magazine for a while.
From 2004 to 2014, Kees Jansma was press secretary of the Dutch national team. In 2011 Kees Jansma was appointed Ridder in de Orde van Oranje-Nassau.
