Kim Jansen is a social psychologist and has always worked at the intersection of HR, research and training. She has become fascinated by the theme of Generations and in particular the youngest Generation Y and Z, also known as the Millennials. Kim gives presentations, workshops and master classes on the theme of Generations, Millennials and Generation Management. In doing so, she connects generations in the workplace. She helps organisations and individuals to build bridges and deploy generation diversity in order to create an inclusive and future-proof organisation.
