The tilt of power, the 4° revolution (after a first and second industrial revolution and a digital revolution) That clearly outlines the picture of time we are now in and also explains the polarization and fears that exist around themes such as electric driving, refugee policy, the climate crisis, etc...

We then go deeper into the changed employee expectations. People want to work for a company with purpose, with a contribution to society. You have to be very clear about this in your vision and values

Finally, I will show you how as a company you need to align your earnings model with these changed customer and employee expectations by having a continuous shadow line/innovation.
