No personal trauma stories of attendees are addressed during lectures. Deep questions are discussed outside the lecture or referred to professional support when appropriate.

In advance, Serena coordinates with the organization about:

- sensitivities within the group
- desired perspectives within her expertise
4. Respect for privacy
