Francis Junior Edusei, better known as Frenna, is part of the rap formation Strictly Family Business (SFB) with which he had his definitive breakthrough in 2014.
Nowadays, Frenna is also very successful as a solo artist. The Hague-born rapper and singer has secured several number-one hits in recent years and managed to achieve platinum status within two weeks with his third, and most recent solo album. In addition, Frenna walked away with the unofficial Edison Pop Award for his album 'Francis' in February 2019.
The Edison Pop Award is the oldest music award in the Netherlands.

In September 2018, Frenna, along with fellow artist Lil' Kleine, broke the hitherto Spotify record for most streams in twenty-four hours with the single 'Verleden Tijd'. The song spent six weeks continuously at number one on the Dutch charts. Last May, Frenna was the big winner at the FunX Music Awards. The singer and rapper cashed in no less than three of his eight nominations and won in the categories best singer, best album (Francis) and best collaboration (Viraal, with Mula B).
In addition to being an artist, Frenna is also the mastermind behind several successful events. For example, last summer he organized the '777 Festival' in Eindhoven, which attracted over 7000 visitors and was completely sold out. He was also the first artist to sell out the AFAS Live completely with his own urban concept 'Meisjes Blijven Meisjes' during the Amsterdam Dance Event [ADE].
