how to make a positive first impression, breathing techniques, deal with your listeners' expectations and manage your verbal and nonverbal communication. You also make your own elevator pitch (introduce yourself in 2 minutes)

After this half day you will go home with new insights, more self-confidence and you will be ready to present for a group.
