Wij hadden Anouk en collega geboekt voor onze huwelijksceremonie. Ik had op voorhand Anouk telefonisch proberen bereiken met de vraag of alles duidelijk was mbt onze ceremonie maar kreeg een berichtje dat mijn mailtje zou volstaan. Daarin stond duidelijk bij uittrede van de ceremonie muziek te spelen, jammer genoeg werd dat niet uitgevoerd. Tijdens onze eigen ceremonie moest ik teken doen om te starten met spelen, zelfs 1 nummer is niet gespeeld geweest. Daarnaast regende het niet tijdens de ceremonie maar wou Anouk enkel onder paraplu of zelfs niet spelen met als gevolg dat onze gasten de violisten niet eens konden zien. Er is ons ook nooit gezegd geweest dat buiten spelen een probleem was. We hebben een aanzienlijk bedrag moeten uitgeven voor muziek tijdens de ceremonie met waarvan uiteindelijk maar 3 van de 4 liedjes gespeeld zijn waarvan 1 te laat. Ook onze zaal was niet te spreken over de samenwerking. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

We waren enorm onder de indruk van hoe mooi ze gespeeld heeft, en ook de flexibiliteit om elk liedje die we gevraagd hadden zonder problemen te spelen (eerder dan een vastgelegde lijst van liedjes waaruit we moesten kiezen). Heel erg bedankt Anouk!!!
