Urban sports are very trendy these days, but there is a lack of workshops to pass on the knowledge to the youth. Because of this the interest is quickly lost.
Barre takes care of teaching some basic tricks. This way the youth gets a healthy portion of exercise and they get to know a new leisure activity. A workshop is also perfect as teambuilding for companies, sports days at school.
