Nemea is an active and passionate handpan player. At the age of 22 she was accepted at the Rotterdam Conservatoire. With mystical sounds of the handpan/hangdrum she gives every occasion a nice atmosphere.
Nemea is an active and passionate instrumentalist. At 22, she was accepted at Rotterdam's Conservatory. Here she studied in the drums department. Since then, she can regularly be found on stage. Not only domestically, but also abroad she has a lot of experience with an average of 30 shows per year.
Her love for the handpan (hang drum) was immediately sparked when she first became acquainted with this instrument. The sound triggered something and since then she can regularly be found performing the beautiful sounds to audiences

Beautiful melodies and carefully chosen musical pieces. For our wedding party we were looking for musical accompaniment during dinner. We found Nemea and that clicked immediately. We had already attended a handpan concert. So we knew a little bit what to expect. fortunately that expectation was completely fulfilled! The handpan sounds created a pleasant atmosphere during dinner. It turned out to be a very good addition. It was a bit of a struggle with the amplification (was still necessary in a hall of 10x15m with a ceiling of ~6m high). But when this was arranged well, the sounds were audible everywhere. The party went all different than planned but Nemea showed herself to be very flexible and took care of the right sounds at the right time. As far as we are concerned, a recommendation. Especially if you're looking for something different.
