The formation Dear Mister Mudd consists of 7 band members, including a 2-piece horn section.
All of them are experienced musicians with a long experience in the scene. After having seen the necessary, the current successful style has been chosen. Dear Mister Mudd is a Fusion band that consciously chooses for self-willed Funk-Soul-Pop songs with a "groove". Not the standard covers, but a mix of jazzy, funky, groovy, soul hits that can be varied. The repertoire includes Jamiroquai, Gare du Nord, Stevie Wonder and Amy Winehouse

We often build up the show with nice relaxing groovy music, to steam through to a festive funky climax in 3 sets of 45min. Here and there there are special and entertaining trips made which make sitting still impossible. In short, a splashing party!

Dear Mister Mudd has its own sound engineer, its own backline, and a sound system with a capacity of up to 300 people. It is, of course, possible to hire additional extensions for larger occasions. This gives you the quality and sound of a large band, for the price of a small band!
