Tom Staal gives flashy presentations about politics, media, Utrecht, diabetes and everything that has to do with food.

Tom has years of experience in media country and likes to talk about his experiences there. His anecdotes, which come straight from practice, are both instructive and hilarious

In addition, Tom is a type 1 diabetic and is happy to share his vision on how to deal with this and what politicians can do and fail to do to stimulate healthy eating to help prevent type 2 diabetes. However, what is always at the top of Tom's list of priorities is eating. He makes an online program about it called skaveren and recently wrote a book, 'Het Geheim van Bond en Smolders' (The Secret of Bond and Smolders), about one of the better pastry chefs in the Netherlands. He knows what he's talking about!
