In the morning you will work as a team to get to know your own and each other's preferred behaviour. Where are the differences in strength and talent and how can the diversity in the team be exploited optimally?
During lunch at the Yachtclub (with fresh fish if desired) the insights can sink in for a moment
In the afternoon we take to the water with a seaworthy (racing) sailing boat of 10 meters. We sail on the Oosterschelde with a view of the Zeelandbrug bridge and the storm surge barrier. Chances are we will encounter a seal or porpoise along the way. And how much fun is it to give each one a task on the boat based on the
insights of the morning? First a task that is in line with the preferred behaviour. But then of course also a task that is out of the comfort zone. This way you experience the insights gained in the morning, right away in practice!
Heiske Nonnekes is the facilitator and skipper that day. Heiske has over 15 years experience in coaching teams. In addition, she has sailed all her life and has many years of experience as a sailing instructor
