Do you want to have a nice day with your team? Get to know each other better in an interesting and active way? Then follow a Lumina Spark workshop and put what you've learned into practice on a sailing boat! Especially with nice weather that guarantees a great day in Zeeland!

In the morning, you’ll work as a team to get to know your own and each other’s preferred behaviors. Where do the differences in strengths and talents lie, and how can the team’s diversity be put to the best use?
During lunch at the Yacht Club (with fresh fish, of course, if desired), you’ll have a chance to let these insights sink in.
In the afternoon, we’ll head out onto the water in a 10-meter seaworthy (racing) sailboat. We’ll sail on the Oosterschelde with views of the Zeeland Bridge and the storm surge barrier. There’s a good chance we’ll spot a seal or a porpoise along the way. And how fun is it to assign everyone a task on the boat based on the insights from the morning? First, a task that aligns with their preferred behavior. But then, of course, a task that takes them out of their comfort zone. That way, you get to put the insights gained that morning into practice right away!

Heiske Nonnekes is the facilitator and skipper for the day. Heiske has over 15 years of experience coaching teams. She’s also been sailing her whole life and has several years of experience as a sailing instructor.
