Want to book Sharon Doorson? Expect an energetic show full of dance, pop, and familiar hits! With her powerful voice, years of stage experience, and versatile repertoire, Sharon delivers a performance that keeps the audience captivated from start to finish.

Sharon Doorson rose to fame in 2004 as a member of the girl group Raffish, with whom she—along with Nora Dalal and others—competed against the boy band Men2B on *Popstars: The Rivals*. Although Men2B won the finale, Raffish’s single ultimately became a bigger hit. Raffish scored hits such as “Plaything,” “Thursday’s Child,” and “Let Go” featuring DJ Chuckie, opened for the Backstreet Boys, and was nominated for a TMF Award.

After Raffish disbanded in 2006, Sharon enrolled at the Rotterdam Conservatory. During her studies, she was inspired by house music and, starting in 2008, began collaborating with various DJs from the house scene under the name MC Sharon D. She worked with artists such as D-Rashid, Genairo Nvilla, and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano.

In 2011, Sharon made another television appearance on *The Voice of Holland*. All the coaches turned their chairs for her, and under the guidance of Marco Borsato, she reached the semifinals. A year later, she released her first solo hit, “Fail in Love.” The single reached number 14 on the Single Top 40, was certified gold, and was also a hit in Switzerland. It was subsequently released in the United States via Armada North America Records, the label founded by Armin van Buuren.

In 2013, her debut album *Killer* was released, entering the Album Top 40 at number 20 and remaining on the charts for three weeks. Partly thanks to the success of her album, Sharon came into contact with 8ball Music, where she released the song “Something Beautiful,” among others.

Sharon has since performed at a wide variety of major venues and events, including 538Live XXL and the Gouden Televizier-Ring Gala. She has also performed at well-known clubs, such as Club Air Amsterdam. Her blend of dance, pop, a powerful voice, and energetic stage presence makes her ideal for corporate parties, birthdays, and hospitality events.
